As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients’ daily operations. Primarily responsible for accurate data entry, document filing, and record management. As you become more familiar with the systems and integrate with the team, your role will evolve into new responsibilities.

  • Accurately compile, enter, sort, and verify data before and after entry into company systems
  • Perform data entry tasks related to supplier invoices, legal files, contracts, and time costing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Save, organize, and maintain digital files and records in designated client folders following established filing standards
  • Prepare, update, and format basic documents, reports, and spreadsheets as required
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information and client data at all times
  • Initially answer internal calls and assist with basic internal coordination
  • As confidence and familiarity with processes increase, handle inbound client calls and make outbound calls to clients when required
  • Communicate professionally with internal team members, suppliers, and clients via phone, email, or SMS
  • Prepare and send customer invoices as instructed
  • Assist with general ad hoc administrative tasks to support daily operations

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferably with 1 year (or more) customer service, administration or virtual assistance experience
  • Great English Communication (both spoken and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organized with the ability to follow filing and data standards
  • Teachable, adaptable, and willing to learn new systems and tasks
  • Able to follow instructions carefully and consistently
  • Value Integrity & Accountability
  • Must have a good and positive working attitude and can work well with a team
  • Proactive and Results Driven
