20 days Accrued Annual Leave – plan your holidays, take a break, live your life
6 days Paid Sick Leave – dedicated health days, separate from your annual leave
Unused Sick Leave Paid Out – any unused sick days convert to a cash bonus at year end
Annual Leave Carries Over – you never lose what you’ve earned; unused credits roll over and are fully paid out if you ever leave the company

Monthly Group Collaboration Bonus Our team works in small “pods.” When your whole pod hits perfect attendance for the month, everyone earns a bonus to spend on a shared experience together.
Individual Quarterly Bonus Milestone Maintain your own streak of perfect attendance and you’ll earn:
- PHP 3,000 after your first full quarter of perfect attendance
- PHP 5,000 every consecutive quarter you maintain it
- Unused Sick Leave Cash Conversion Any unused sick leave from the previous year is converted to a cash bonus paid out every February 15th, an extra financial boost to kick off the year right.
We go beyond what the law requires. Your year-end bonus is calculated on basic pay plus allowances paid out on December 15th, just in time for Noche Buena.
